THE main battle may have taken place in the Dáil chamber yesterday but a bitter second front also laid siege to the front gates of Leinster House from dawn to dusk.

A group campaigning for money to build a new school in Drogheda, Co Louth, has mounted a protest outside Leinster House to coincide with the resumption of the Dáil today.
