MIGRANT workers here are owed at least €4 million by cronies of toppled Serbian dictator Slobodan Milosevic, it was claimed yesterday.

The ESB has claimed that it has done all it can to ensure equal pay for Serbs working on its €3bn networks programme.

The Labour Inspectorate is being urged to report on the working conditions of up to 200 Serb men who were paid less than half the minimum wage by an ESB sub-contractor.
