Bank of Scotland has secured judgment of more than €7.5m against Jersey-based builder David Kennedy over personal guarantees of loans advanced to a number of building companies.

Jersey-based builder David Kennedy is being pursued at the Commercial Court for a further €7.5m by Bank of Scotland over guarantees of loans to building companies.
