Michael O’Leary has insisted his employees have the best job security in Europe, as well as a “sophisticated” collective bargaining process.

A Dublin-based Ryanair pilot has “reluctantly” stepped forward and written an open letter to Michael O’Leary publicly criticised the stance it has taken on negotiating with the airline pilots collectively.

Ryanair pilots are in line for earnings increases of up to 22%, but could see increases delayed for years if they are not accepted.
