RENEWABLE energy group NTR has further diluted its infrastructure interests by selling a number of its Irish road assets – including Dublin’s East-Link toll bridge – to Dutch investment fund, DIF Infrastructure II, for a total €50 million.

The company that operates the East-Link and West-Link toll bridges in Dublin has announced plans to move into the international sustainable energy market.

UP TO 100,000 motorists pay to use Dublin’s West-Link motorway each day generating almost €1 million in revenue every week.

From January 1, 2004 toll rates at both the East-Link and West-Link bridges will increase in line with the toll operation agreements for both facilities.
