An investigation into a light aircraft crash which killed a family last month is focusing on the weather conditions, it emerged tonight.

WITH further delays expected at Dublin Airport this weekend, the Aviation Regulator has been asked to explain why Shannon’s radar back-up system was not used to end the chaos in its sister airport.
