A go-fund-me page, set up to help the family of champion athlete Ailish Sheehan, who tragically passed away last Friday from injuries sustained in a fall, has raised nearly $10,000.

Gardaí in Limerick are this morning expected to launch a murder investigation after the body of a well-known athlete was found in the back garden of a suburban house yesterday.
