Britain’s biggest pizza delivery company, Domino’s, said it would quit its loss-making international operations, sending shares higher.

Sales in Domino’s Pizza in Ireland were up more than 13% in the third quarter, with strong growth in its online business, the firm said.

Domino’s Pizza is to recommence store expansion in Ireland on the back of a strong performance here in the first half of the group’s current financial year.
