Telecommunicationsbillionaire Denis O’Brien has ruled out selling shares in Digicel Group Ltd to the public “at the moment”.

Telecommunications and media billionaire Denis O’Brien said he would invest in Bank of Ireland Plc, as it has “cleaned up its balance sheet.”
