It is not too late for the design of the National Children’s Hospital to be amended to reduce the projected €1bn overrun on the cost of construction, says Stephen Donnelly.

An environmental study at the site of the proposed new Childrens Hospital at St James's in Dublin found no evidence of a grave, or any significant archeological feature.
