Swords Thunder coach Dave Baker is hoping his side’s Men’s Super League title challenge remains on track tomorrow as they travel to play fellow Dublin side DCU Saints.

With both National Cups on display at UL it was back to league action at the weekend as DCU Saints consolidated their top spot in the Nivea for Men SuperLeague Northern Division with a 82-63 win over Belfast Star.

UL EAGLES beat UCC Demons to set up another clash with defending champions, 11890 Killester, while Ulster Elks shocked Belfast Star and will meet UCD Marian — who beat DCU Saints for the second time in a week — when the quarter-finals of the Men’s SuperLeague National Cup were decided over the weekend.

UCC Demons’ tipped off their SuperLeague National Cup campaign by edging out DCU Saints by a 15-point margin today.
