THE father of a brave young man who has woken from a seven-month coma broke his family’s silence last night to thank people around the world for their support and prayers.

A COMATOSE assault victim is due home in Cork tomorrow after an air ambulance company stepped in to ensure he could make the final leg of a gruelling flight from Australia.
