The Irish arm of social media giant Twitter last year returned to profit, new documents show.

Hibernia Reit yesterday said it had acquired two more properties in the Dublin Docklands for €4.6m. Both are on Lime Street in the South Docks area and are part of the strategic development zone designated by Dublin City Council.

Publicly-quoted property investment fund, Hibernia Reit has acquired a prominent city centre office block in Dublin, for nearly €50m, marking its second major investment inside a month.

Hibernia REIT and IPUT plc both concluded residential and commercial property deals as activity ramps up to take advantage of a recovering market.
