Twenty new jobs are on the way to Co Wicklow at what is claimed to be the world's first carbon control centre.

TECHNOLOGY ideas will be nurtured into start-up businesses in two industry- led institutions launched yesterday by Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton.
