A CAR bomb hit the heart of Pakistan’s largest city yesterday, destroying a police investigation bureau and killing at least 10 people.

A new investigation must be set up to examine whether British authorities withheld vital intelligence from detectives hunting the Omagh bombers, a parliamentary report said today.
