British prosecutors have named the two Russians suspected of attempting to murder the Skripals as Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov.

Nine men will appear in court today charged with conspiracy to cause explosions in the UK and other terrorism offences.

All four of London's July 21 bombers were given life sentences today and will serve a minimum of 40 years.
