BUILDINGS management specialist Irish Estates is to list on the Dublin stock exchange’s secondary market at the end of the month, it was announced yesterday.

THE country’s leading property management and facilities management companies have been snapped up by a group of private investors in two deals believed to be worth €30 million.

Irish Life & Permanent has announced the sale of its subsidiary company, Irish Estates Management Ltd (Irish Estates) to a group of private and institutional investors led by Niall McFadden.
