ACC Bank has received lessmoney than what has been paid out in professional fees in the first phase of the receivership of Galway construction firm Cordil Construction, new documents show.

THE chief executive of a Galway construction firm said yesterday that he is “very disappointed” at the decision by ACC bank to appoint a receiver to Cordil Construction Ltd.
