THE Commercial Court yesterday granted a summary judgment order for €4.3 million against a businessman over his failure to repay five separate loans from ACC Bank for the purchase of properties in Dublin.

A debt ridden mother-of-seven who stole €9,000 from her employer has "frittered away" €10,000 sent to her by an anonymous donor after reading newspapers reports of her court case.
