CHILDREN’S advocacy groups last night gave a guarded response to the proposed wording of the long-awaited constitutional amendment on children’s rights.

A SPECIAL committee on children’s rights has asked the Minister for Children Barry Andrews to draw up a working text for a change in the constitution ahead of its recommendation for a referendum.
