AN investor had been secured to ensure Aer Arann’s survival as a going concern, the High Court was told yesterday.

INCORRECT information had been fed to courts in other jurisdictions relating to the insolvency of Aer Arann, it was revealed in the High Court yesterday.

The High Court has tonight appointed an interim examiner to Aer Arann, which employs more than 300 people after being informed that the airline has a reasonable prospect of survival as a going concern.
