Opponents of fracking have reacted with dismay to comments by a junior minister over the potential billion euro bonanza from the controversial technique of extracting shale gas.

WE at CELT (Centre for Environmental Living & Training) have been lobbying local TDs and councillors and calling for a ban on fracking in Clare and for the whole country.
