CardBASE Technologies, an Irish developer of smart-card systems, is expanding its market reach by making its ChipCASH solution, developed for British Airways, available to all passenger airlines.

CardBASE Technologies has signed an agreement with French company Welcome which establishes a partnership for the deployment of multi-applications smart card systems worldwide.

CardBASE Technologies has come under court protection in its bid to pay off loans while still trading.
