Irish Food Processors chairman Ron Bolger has been appointed chairman of pet food company C&D, owned by the family of former Taoiseach Albert Reynolds.

COUNTY LONGFORD based C&D Foods has purchased Primetime Petfoods in a further move to expand its solid pet food base.
