Homeowners and businesses across Cork were yesterday recovering from Storm Frank’s fallout — and bracing themselves for further hardship.

Representatives from 30 of Ireland's leading business organisations will gather today to call for a Yes vote in the forthcoming Lisbon Treaty referendum.
