RYANAIR will appeal yesterday’s decision by the French Court of Appeal in Nancy that upheld a ruling that the airline was in receipt of State aid supporting its London-Strasbourg route.

RYANAIR will restart low fare flights between Strasbourg and London if the Court of Appeal in Nancy decides in the company’s favour before the end of December.

Ryanair has confirmed that they are optistmic following the court hearing in Strasbourg this morning.
