Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan has launched a revamped website highlighting the crime of human trafficking in Ireland.

In the middle of July, Sinéad O’Connor’s male nanny took her six and nine-year-old sons, Yeshua Bonadio and Shane O’Connor, from Dublin to Lyon.

Hacking group Anonymous are believed to have been behind a cyber attack which shut down the justice and finance department’s websites in the early hours of yesterday morning.

THERE have been no prosecutions for human trafficking into Ireland since laws to combat the illegal trade were brought in more than four months ago.
