AIB has been granted summary judgment for sums totalling around €24m against 12 businesspeople from Cork and Kerry over default on loans they had guaranteed.

AIB is seeking summary judgment for sums totalling around €25m against 14 businesspeople in Cork and Kerry over alleged default on loans which they had guaranteed.

The Irish High Court has jurisdiction to deal with a challenge by a group of Irish Investors, in a Radisson Blu Hotel in Southern France, against AIB bank’s threat to take over their shares.
