Burger King, the world’s number two hamburger chain that is in the midst of overhauling its menu and outlets, said it expects to be relisted on the New York Stock Exchange within the next three months.

Burger King Corp’s franchisees took aim at the fast-food chain’s management, complaining to the restaurant’s board about a series of decisions they say are “ill-conceived” and put the burger joint’s business in “deep trouble”.
