Two construction firms in the North have won a £320m (€340m) contract to build a new motorway in Scotland.

BuildOnline has announced that it will combine its German operation with rival collaborative software company, MyBau, making it the larges independent supplier of eBusiness software and services to Europe's €815bn construction industry.
