HIS wealth was estimated at a staggering €55 million in 2008, but yesterday former Anglo chairman and bankrupt Sean FitzPatrick told the High Court he now has an income of just €188 a month.

Former Anglo Irish Bank chairman and bankrupt Sean Fitzpatrick has a net income of just €188 per month, documents furnished to the High Court have revealed.

The Supreme Court will rule early next year on whether to approval a survival plan for three companies in the Fleming group.

British group Northern Foods is to sell its Irish operations, including Batchelors, to a new company called Maiden Acquisition Company, that has been formed jointly by Barry’s Tea and Bank of Ireland Scotland.
