Cork city centre’s largest office scheme, Navigation Square, is now cleared for a €90m build commencement by the summer which could facilitate 3,000 jobs.

Developer Owen O’Callaghan has confirmed plans to build a fourth-generation office block on a Cork City site which had been earmarked for an events and conference centre.
