The Bahamas Supreme Court was expected to hold a hearing today in the paternity case of Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter.

A Japanese man suffering from amnesia was unlawfully held in a Bahamas prison and an immigration centre for eight years without being charged, a court has ruled.
