A LIMERICK company that had been locked in a bitter industrial dispute for nearly two weeks, yesterday announced closure of its plant with the loss of 163 jobs.

More than 160 workers are set to lose their jobs following an announcement by Atlas Aluminium that it will be closing its factory in Limerick within three months.

ELEVENTH hour talks were continuing last night to try and settle a strike which threatens more than 160 jobs in Limerick.
