A pig farmer who ordered two repossession men to strip naked and get into a pen with an “agitated” boar has been jailed.

A Longford pig farmer who assaulted two men from a repossession company and threatened that they would be raped by an agitated boar was under serious financial pressure at the time, a court has been told.

Two men working for a repossession company were told to strip and get into a pen with a wild boar after a confrontation with a farmer, a court was told yesterday.
