U2 frontman Bono and singer Paul Simon said Seamus Heaney should be an inspiration to people on their travels as a tapestry dedicated to the late poet was unveiled yesterday.

Bono will join fellow aid campaigner Bob Geldof in a special tribute event to honour Burma’s pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi in Dublin this month.
