Builders McInerney Holdings have created a new operational structure in the UK as part of a growth strategy.

McINERNEY HOLDINGS yesterday paid €13 million for British building firm Alexander Developments (North East) Limited.

Dublin's ISEQ index closed up 14 points today to 5181.77 in a mixed day for financials.

McInerney Holdings plc has completed the acquisition of Alexander Developments, an independent house-building firm in the north-east of England.
