The crew of a ship that was detained at Dublin Port have barricaded themselves inside the vessel, three miles off the coast of England.

THE crewing agency involved in the pay dispute which resulted in a ship being placed under port arrest in Dublin are expected to hold talks today with the International Transport Federation (ITF).

A REPRESENTATIVE of the Russian crewing agency of a ship which has been put under arrest in Dublin because of alleged non-payment of wages is believed to be on his way to speak to the crew.
