The mother of an 11-year-old girl who died by suicide has begun legal action against the HSE to “expose the flaws” within the health care system.

The family law court in Ennis has heard that a 10-year-old boy is having ‘suicidal thoughts’.

The mother of Milly Tuomey set up a suicide support group, Healing Untold Grief Group (HUGG), to help others and prevent future loss of life in the wake of her 11-year-old daughter’s death.

An 11-year-old girl, who did not like the way she looked and took her own life, posted her intention to die on her Instagram account.
