South Carolina have released dash cam footage from police officer Michael Slager’s car moments before he shot an unarmed man, Walter Scott in the US.

The US police officer charged with murder was allowed to stay on the force despite an earlier complaint that he used excessive force against an unarmed man, it has emerged.
