The Kerry branch of the Irish Hotels’ Federation (IHF) has asked all its members to make full refunds to people who made weekend accommodation reservations for the cancelled Killarney Festival of Music and Food.

It remains unclear this morning whether any of the music acts lined up for the Killarney Festival of Music & Food will perform this weekend.

The plug was pulled last night on a major music festival due to be held in Killarney, Co Kerry, at the weekend.

Despite disappointing ticket sales, the organisers of a major music festival in Kerry next weekend have pledged all acts on the programme will be performing.
