Waterford icon Ken McGrath says the Déise have reason to be confident, based on last week’s draw against Tipperary, but he describes playing away from home as a “massive disadvantage”.

Ken McGrath, who himself won four All Stars, found himself centre stage in front of 7,000 people as players accumulating 110 All Stars between them provided the entertainment.

Six weeks after undergoing open heart surgery, Ken McGrath hopes to be in Thurles to watch his beloved Déise.
