Johnny Sexton was last night crowned World Rugby Player of the Year on a night of sweeping success for Ireland.

Fly-half Sexton was forced to come off with a head injury in the early stages of Leinster’s 51-10 defeat to Wasps on Saturday.

Ospreys forwards coach Chris Gibbes reckons tonight’s out-half showdown between Dan Biggar and Jonny Sexton will be one to savour.

"He will have modified training during the early part of the week with an expectation that he will train fully towards the end of the week."
