A “mostly intact” human torso was discovered in a Dublin park following an investigation into the death of convicted rapist James Nolan.

Ireland fan James Nolan is believed to have drowned as a result of a tragic accident, with no evidence of an assault being involved.

A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out today on the body of Wicklow student James Nolan, whose remains were recovered from a river in Poland yesterday.
