Figures from the Central Statistics Office has shown that industrial production in Ireland is up 16.3%.

Ireland has experienced the largest reduction in industrial production when compared to other European Union countries, new data shows.

The manufacturing sector is expected to show modest growth this year, with January already having shown a return to monthly production increases.
