A developer is concerned that a legal challenge over part of a planned 220-unit housing development in Harold's Cross could delay the entire project, the Commercial Court has heard.

Planning permission has been granted for the first school on a planned education campus at a former Dublin greyhound stadium which was the subject of a controversial €23m purchase by the Department of Education.

The Valuation Office has said land values around the Harold’s Cross greyhound stadium have increased in the 18 months since it suggested the Department of Education pay €23m for the Dublin site.
