Cuba Gooding Jr has settled a case with a woman who claims he raped her in a New York City hotel a decade ago, according to court records, averting a trial that was about to begin.

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr has resolved his New York City forcible touching case with a guilty plea to a lesser charge and no jail time after complying with the terms of a conditional plea agreement reached in April.

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr has pleaded guilty to one count of forcible touching in a criminal case accusing the Oscar-winning star of violating three different women at various Manhattan night spots in 2018 and 2019.

Cuba Gooding Jr has been accused of raping a woman twice in a New York City hotel room in 2013.
