Former Government press secretary Frank Dunlop has made a near €430,000 tax settlement with the Revenue Commissioners, it emerged yesterday.

The High Court has today overturned a judge's refusal to require former Government press secretary Frank Dunlop to provide sworn testimony for the purpose of criminal proceedings against businessman Jim Kennedy.

Former Government press secretary Frank Dunlop was today jailed for 18 months and fined €30,000 for corruption after bribing councillors to rezone land around Dublin for lucrative development deals.
