An Australian couple whose three children were killed in the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over Ukraine two years ago have welcomed a new baby.

The Dutch Safety Board has identified the area from which, it said, the missile that downed Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 was launched.

Relatives of those killed when Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 was downed over eastern Ukraine have visited a Dutch air base to view the wreckage of the plane.
