Accountancy and Consultancy Firm EY announced today that Frank O’Keeffe has been appointed as Incoming Managing Partner of EY Ireland.

There is a need for greater accountability and transparency to ensure that the Government is getting value for money when it brings costly external consultants in to design policy, according to Fianna Fáil finance spokesman Michael McGrath.

The Department of Finance and agencies under its control have spent more than €100m on consultants over the last three years.
